We're hiring a HubSpot Architect to lead the strategic design, optimization, and governance of our HubSpot ecosystem. This is a full-time, permanent role for someone with deep technical expertise and a consultative mindset who can drive long-term impact across our operations.

What You'll Own:

  • Platform Architecture: Evaluate and redesign our HubSpot setup to ensure scalability, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
  • Systems Optimization: Streamline workflows, integrations, and data structures to support Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish usage standards, naming conventions, and data hygiene protocols for sustainable CRM management.
  • Workflow Engineering: Build advanced automation and lifecycle workflows that enhance lead management, customer engagement, and reporting.
  • Cross-Team Enablement: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into HubSpot functionality and train teams on optimized usage.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 5+ years in HubSpot administration or architecture, with proven success designing and implementing complex CRM solutions.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of HubSpot's full lifecycle, including integrations, custom properties, workflows, and reporting.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess business needs and translate them into scalable HubSpot solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Comfortable leading cross-functional discussions and training sessions.
