Job Description The Project Coordinator is responsible for administrative and operational support to the project management team to ensure smooth execution of implementation projects. Duties And Responsibilities Provide assistance to the project manager onsite adhering to the project management procedures and company standards. Coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope. Ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members, including technical staff, vendors, stakeholders and supervisors. Escalate, track and manage project risks and issues to ensure timely resolution. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all project records are up-to-date and accessible. Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide first-line support for software-related inquiries and issues, resolving basic technical problems and escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed. Log and track support tickets using the designated ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution. Assist clients with software installation, configuration, and basic usage. Handle end-user concerns and complaints with professionalism. Troubleshoot common software problems and provide solutions or workarounds. Assist in developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and other support documentation to assist clients in using the software effectively. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field. 2 years or less experience in administrative/project coordination role. ITIL certification is an advantage. Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking ability. Proficient in MS Office and project tracking tools. Experience working with LGUs or public sector clients is advantageous. Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is a plus. Knowledgeable of Software Development Lifecycle is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
