ERNI Philippines, National Capital Region, Manila Senior Agile Project Leader ERNI Manila is a leading software development company with global presence. We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Agile Project Leader with experience in project management, Scrum Master, and Product Owner capabilities to lead software projects and act as an Agile coach for clients and teams. Responsibilities Oversee and support the successful delivery of software projects from initiation to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget; generate project documentation. Identify risks and design mitigation plans. Serve as an Agile coach to the team and stakeholders; promote Agile principles and practices. Act as a Product Owner as needed to support project requirements; elicit requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews; identify epics, features, and user stories; define and refine acceptance criteria; prioritize backlogs with stakeholders. Facilitate Scrum Master duties (planning, ceremonies, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients; maintain effective communication with international clients (e.g., European, APAC). Collaborate using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS; ensure the team has necessary tools and techniques to achieve goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred). Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, or PMP (preferred but not required). 5+ years of experience in Project Management or a similar role. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner. Proven experience in Stakeholder management; experience with data migration, API integrations, or related technical projects is a plus. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with international clients, particularly in the European market; familiarity with multiple Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XP). Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and TFS.
