What you'll do Senior Project Managers at Backbase provide effective coordination and communication among all project stakeholders. They manage relationships with Financial Services customers and partners, supporting and advising clients on implementing their online applications using the Backbase Solution to its full potential. As in a scale-up, you have the opportunity to make a real impact, take on a broad set of responsibilities, and enjoy fast decision-making, while our product reaches enterprise-level complexity. Who you are As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple squads of engineers. You will produce and maintain project estimations, plans, statements of work, and change requests. Your project teams, composed of talented professionals, will enable you to deliver value to our customers through innovative solutions or high-quality assessments and consultancy, leveraging your consulting and Agile experience. Your close team may include Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, and UX designers. You have at least eight years of Project Management experience in delivering digital projects; You enjoy traditional project management and know how to apply the critical path method (CPM); You have extensive experience managing complex clients; You have experience with senior-level stakeholder management in an international environment; You are experienced in distributed and remote Agile delivery; You excel in hands-on team management and are appreciated for your collaborative leadership style; You have a full understanding of the web application/software development lifecycle, including UX Design; You possess excellent presentation and negotiation skills; You are familiar with Jira, Google Suite, and other PM tools; You are willing to visit customers onsite and travel frequently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
