Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and technically skilled professional to lead and support digital transformation initiatives within our organization. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, gathering business requirements, building robust analytics solutions, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in analytics, business intelligence, data governance, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: Data & Analytics: Conduct requirements-gathering sessions for reporting automation and analytics use cases. Review existing manual reports and translate them into automated Power BI dashboards. Design and develop SQL stored procedures to support efficient data extraction and reporting. Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows using Microsoft Fabric or equivalent platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, SSIS). Perform data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities; prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders. Support data governance initiatives by identifying data quality issues and performing data cleanup activities. Digital Transformation: Lead project management activities for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring coordination among business units and third-party vendors. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to define project goals, scope, timelines, and resource needs. Support change management efforts to encourage adoption of new tools, processes, and platforms. Design and build internal applications that align with existing business workflows. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and/or data engineering roles. Solid background in project management, business process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL (minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience required). Experience in low‑code/no‑code development tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar ETL/data pipeline platforms. Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
