About the Role We’re expanding our Industrial Automation team and are hiring Service Desk Technicians (L1–L3) to support mission‑critical control systems across multiple client sites. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that provides remote technical support for SCADA, PLC, and BESS systems while also contributing to system improvements, simulations, and standardization projects. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, supporting global operations, and mentoring others. What You’ll Do Provide remote support for SCADA and control systems across APAC, EU, and North America. Diagnose and resolve issues in SCADA, PLC, and server‑based systems with clear ticket management and escalation handling. Guide on‑site operators through system access, log extraction, and troubleshooting steps. Simulate PLC programs using tools such as Logix Echo or Emulate3D before deployment to ensure system stability. Collaborate with engineers to develop reusable function blocks, graphics, and SOPs for process standardization. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, ensuring timely updates and clear resolutions. What We’re Looking For Background in industrial automation, SCADA, or PLC programming. Hands‑on experience in remote system support, diagnostics, or commissioning. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills. Excellent communication for client interaction and internal collaboration. A willingness to learn new systems, standards, and automation tools. Bonus Points Experience with server‑based control systems or virtualized SCADA environments. Familiarity with AS4024 or TÜV safety standards (training provided).
