On-site - Quezon City 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital marketing, brand positioning, content creation, analytics, and project management. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth through well-crafted marketing initiatives. This position is open to contractual, freelance, and project-based. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, events). Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning. Manage the creation and distribution of marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Development of strategic marketing plans and annual budgets. Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Generate leads and drive sales. Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, or equivalent. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5–10 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2C environments. Experience with integrated marketing campaigns from strategy to execution. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp). Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
