Create, schedule, and publish content on the company blog and across social media platforms. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture audiences. Generate dashboards and reports in HubSpot to monitor KPIs and track campaign performance. Lead the implementation and optimization of HubSpot marketing automation tools, including workflows and forms. Collaborate with the marketing director on website strategy and content. Research and implement SEO strategies in coordination with an outsourced SEO provider. Track, analyze, and report on metrics (email, social media, website, campaigns) to support data-driven decision-making. Support PR and branding efforts, including thought leadership and press releases. Qualifications 3–5 years of digital marketing experience with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns. Strong background in content management and social media marketing. In-depth knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and campaign performance measurement. Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation. Experience with email marketing and related tools. Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Skills 1–2 years working directly with HubSpot, preferably Pro or Enterprise. Experience with dashboard creation, reporting, and automation workflows. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office, WordPress, Asana. Ability to execute successful digital marketing campaigns. Highly organized, creative thinker, self‑starter mindset.
