The successful candidate is expected to report to the office when there are meaningful engagements such as trainings, townhalls and executive visits. At the business’ discretion, travel may be asked. The Role The Global Ops CoE in Manila is a developing team focused on world‑class delivery, customer support, and driving a disruptive shift across structure, systems, processes, and technology under GM Sales Services & Marketing (SSM) function. The team in Manila will be responsible for back‑end operations of dealer coordination on sales performance, including supporting and calling dealers engaged in the CarBravo platform. What You’ll Do Develop CarBravo and GM platform acumen as a subject‑matter expert. Enhance dealer engagement and satisfaction through proactive outreach and support, informing them about new programs, updates, and promotions. Respond to dealer inquiries in a timely manner and provide access to program details, resources, and troubleshooting. Improve program adoption and compliance by addressing dealer concerns and resolving issues related to inventory, pricing strategies, warranties, etc. Streamline communication between program management and dealers. Maintain high dealer satisfaction through reliable, professional support. Maximize dealer pre‑owned operations, including throughput, sales, retention, and profitability. Proactively ensure dealers are aware of resources, compliance requirements, and upcoming deadlines. Advise dealers on reputation management actions. Advise dealers on call‑tracking analytics to reduce call fail rate. Advise on inventory optimization for dealer markets. Develop, maintain, and approve scripts/FAQs ensuring content is accurate. Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) 1‑3 years experience in a related role (e.g., customer service, business relationship management, issue resolution, analytics). Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships. Trusted resource for dealership clients. Ability to interpret and explain data and solve complex problems. Experience with U.S. based clients (CarBravo platform). Affinity with technology and familiarity with analytics tools. Preferred Qualifications Highly motivated, willing to learn, take on challenges. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and deliver results. Ability to work independently and manage urgency in a fast‑paced environment. Infrequent travel availability. Willingness to work hybrid night shift.
