Position: Business Development Representative (Remote – Night Shift) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring 4 Business Development Representatives to join our growing solar energy team. You will contact homeowners, educate them on the benefits of switching to solar, and schedule appointments for the sales consultation team. This role is fully remote, night shift, with competitive pay and commission incentives. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to introduce solar energy benefits. Identify and qualify prospects, setting appointments for consultations. Follow up with leads to maximize appointment conversion. Educate homeowners on cost savings, tax benefits, and environmental impact. Address questions and objections confidently and professionally. Log all interactions in CRM and maintain organized lead pipelines. Requirements Prior experience in sales, cold calling, telemarketing, or business development preferred. Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Ability to explain technical information clearly and simply. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable making outbound calls. Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a bonus.
