Sales and Business Insights Specialist (Onsite, Kawit Cavite)
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Professional to join our Clients’ sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for B2B/B2C sales, CRM/ERP use, analytics, FMCG exp, reporting, and system workflow alignment.
Work Setup- Employment Type: Full Time
- Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Work Setup: Onsite
- Location: Cavite
- Client Industry: Dairy Product Manufacturing
- Drive B2B and B2C Sales Initiatives: Manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, client engagement, negotiations, and deal closure, with a focus on the manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
- Utilise Sales and Operational Platforms: Leverage platforms such as HubSpot CRM , Xero , and Fishbowl (or similar ERP/inventory systems) to streamline sales operations, manage customer data, and support process integration across departments.
- Perform Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct sales and operational analysis to derive actionable insights, and prepare performance reports using tools like Excel or Power BI to guide business decisions.
- Support Cross-Functional System Workflows: Ensure alignment and proper flow of data across sales, finance, and operations systems, identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring consistency.
- Maintain Industry Awareness: Apply industry knowledge—especially in FMCG, food, or dairy—to tailor sales strategies, customer engagement approaches, and system recommendations.
- Manage Multiple Priorities Efficiently: Stay organized and proactive in handling concurrent sales tasks, system updates, reporting responsibilities, and customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 years of experience in a sales role.
- Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or FMCG
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM, Xero, and Fishbowl (or similar ERP/inventory systems)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Experience in the food, dairy, or FMCG industry
- Advanced reporting or BI tool skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Knowledge of integrated system workflows across sales, finance, and operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
