Role : Lead Content Creator/Writer

Work Arrangement : Work from Office

Location : Philippines - Angeles, Pampanga

Schedule : Morning shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead content strategy to support marketing, sales, and employer branding goals.
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content across multiple platforms: website, blogs, LinkedIn, email campaigns, case studies, and client communications.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and style across all content.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create SEO-friendly and lead-generating content.
  • Manage a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Guide junior writers or external contributors (if applicable) to maintain content quality and alignment.
  • Research industry trends to create thought-leadership pieces tailored to the outsourcing/KPO sector.
  • Measure content performance and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Knowledgeable in doing administrative tasks.
  • Perform duties as instructed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation, copywriting, or marketing communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of professional work.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage deadlines, projects, and multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience inLinkedIn content management for thought leadership and brand positioning.
  • Familiarity withHubSpot or similar marketing automation tools.
