About the Role: Join our Mobility and Immigration team to manage key HR processes and support a specific client group. You’ll handle day-to-day operations, contribute to HR projects, and develop your expertise in employment law and organizational change . What You'll Do: Prepare reports and analyze data on the Firm’s Mobility population using HR systems. Coordinate vendor billing and process expense reimbursements, ensuring accurate cost allocation. Manage daily HR operations, including documentation, PAN submissions, and repatriation tasks. Provide administrative support to Mobility & Immigration Specialists and Managers. Monitor and respond to the shared mailbox, escalating inquiries as needed. Perform data entry and analysis for compensation and relocation tax matters (US/UK). Coordinate workflows for documents, approvals, immigration, and payroll/tax processes. What You Need: 2 - 3 years’ experience in mobility administration or assignment lifecycle management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); skilled in data entry and analysis Collaborative team player with strong communication and client service skills Detail-oriented , commercially aware, and able to exercise sound judgment Proactive, resourceful , and adaptable to working across different time zones Workday and ServiceNow experience Fluency in English Experience in Global Shared Services environment is a must Work Set-up: Willing to work in Makati Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week Willing to work on shifting schedule to support APAC/EMEA and Americas time zone #J-18808-Ljbffr
