A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work. Proficiency in Figma. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Must Have SkillsExperience in using and maintaining a design system. Experience working in agile development environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and user personas is a plus. Good To Have SkillExperience in marketing or advertising is advantageous, but not a requirement. Key ResponsibilitiesAdhere to the developing UX design process for our digital products and services, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation. Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools. Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team. Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data. Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices. Support the marketing team with visual design for things like white papers, social media posts, and pitch decks.
