Work from home and join a fast-growing Australian fintech company We’re seeking an experienced UX Designer who has a background in Fintech .
Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines.
  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Designer, or any related role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Must Have Skills
  • Experience in using and maintaining a design system.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and user personas is a plus.
Good To Have Skill
  • Experience in marketing or advertising is advantageous, but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to the developing UX design process for our digital products and services, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
  • Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
  • Support the marketing team with visual design for things like white papers, social media posts, and pitch decks.
This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
