Overview Probe Group Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines Join to apply for the Customer Experience Executive role at Probe Group . Location: Makati City, Philippines Responsibilities Handle customer contacts in line with client and company requirements. Support inbound customer service for a logistics company in Australia, helping customers process parcel delivery and/or collection requests. Lodge investigations for missing parcels and related inquiries. Attend and actively participate in training and development; maintain understanding of service/product, processes and systems. Attend monthly performance reviews and contribute to team meetings for continual improvement. Adhere to privacy, data protection and information security policies; protect Probe and client data and assets; avoid sharing passwords or OTPs; stay vigilant for suspicious activity. Support a speak up culture and report suspected or actual improper conduct in accordance with the Whistleblower Policy. Key Responsibilities (KPIs and targets) Handle contacts within the required time frames and meet quality standards. Adhere to schedules to achieve targets and meet attendance requirements. Fulfill other KPI requirements as needed and perform other duties as required. Core Competencies Systems, Processes & Policy: Ensure adherence to policies, implement operational design and workforce planning, ensure policies are current, drive operational excellence. Client & Stakeholders: Establish and maintain effective relationships with managers, peers, internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and board/executive teams. Key Skills & Capabilities: Excellent communication; problem-solving; multi-tasking; attention to detail; patience and empathy; teamwork; time management; cultural sensitivity. Qualifications And Typical Experience Educational Attainment: At least High School Graduate (old or new curriculum). Experience: 0 – 12 months of continuous work experience. Industry Exposure: BPO or any industry experience. Role Exposure: BPO experience as a Customer Service Representative is a plus; Retail and Logistics experience is a plus.
