This is a pivotal role supporting brokers in a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Review client voice notes and written notes to extract key financial information
- Prepare comprehensive and precise credit assessment summaries
- Research and recommend tailored lending solutions
- Assist brokers in client management and the management of new leads
- Manage and organize documentation to maintain clear client records
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Australian mortgage industry
- Strong background in mortgage lending, structuring, and credit analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and mortgage brokering CRMs (e.g., Salestrekker)
- Exceptional attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Collaborative approach, supporting and reporting to brokers
- Deep knowledge of Australian lending policies and frameworks
