We are looking for a talented and innovative Senior Performance Ad Creative Strategist to join our Marketing and Strategy Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans that maximize event exposure, engagement, and attendance.
- Identify target audiences and produce captivating promotional content and messaging strategy.
- Collaborate closely with our artist team to create visually captivating and on-brand promotional materials.
- Communicate effectively with teams and drive key KPIs for trade events.
- Oversee the entire marketing process from strategy development to flawless execution.
- Benchmark and augment global MICE industry technologies and trends.
- Provide clear creative direction to ensure all promotional materials are visually appealing and aligned with the event messaging.
- Develop and implement strategic social media campaigns to maximize reach and drive event awareness and registrations.
- Identify opportunities and social media trends for content optimization and audience growth.
- Foster relationships with associations, media partners, and other organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience (minimum)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications Arts / Marketing / Business / Fashion from a prominent university
- Experience in brand management, content creation, and social media marketing
- Proficient in copywriting and creative conceptualization
- Health card provided upon regularization

A. Develops Short-Term and Long-Term Business Plan for the Category
- Develops Category Review and Trade Category Plan
- Develops trade marketing plan per channel to ensure market share and value growth
- Trade programs that deliver sustainable sales volume growth
- Initiatives for superior distribution and merchandising
- Fiscalize Category Trade Promo Fund
- Performance vs. objective (volume, ROI, etc.)
- Qualifies sales promotions and recommends changes aligned with brand strategies
B. Co-manages execution of Marketing and Sales Initiatives
- Develop brand strategies and programs into actionable steps
- Set full-year initiatives calendar
- Co-manage deployment of regional activations to Field Personnel
- Ensures on-time and in-full execution of trade programs
- Develop post-promo evaluation and analysis
C. Co-Leads with Marketing all New Product / Promo Launches
- Co-develop product launches and price increases
- Plan pipeline volumes, distribution, merchandising, and pricing
- Develop new product trade programs to help field sales
- Ensure speed to market and share best practices
D. Market Intelligence
- Conduct fieldwork to review competitive activities
- Monitor pricing and trade margins
Communication
A. Distribution, Merchandising, and Pricing Strategies nationwide
- Develop strategies by trade segment and inform Sales on opportunities
- Analyze competitive landscape and inform action plans
- Review Nielsen/Kantar results and translate into field plans
B. Administrative Work
- Submit Category Monthly Letter
- Update Distribution targets / Retail Performance Standard
