This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals.**Key Responsibilities:*** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions* Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and reach* Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events* Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications* Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process* Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)* Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns* Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations* Assist in onboarding coordination and handoff to the onboarding team**Qualifications:**Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field* 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment* Proven success in hiring for a wide range of roles, including volume, technical, corporate, and leadership positions* Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment* Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing* Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote workforce models* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively* Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting**Travel:** Some travel may be required**Language:** English#LI-Hybrid# **About Regal Rexnord**Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
