Position Summary The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by sourcing candidates, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities that align with their skills and career goals. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Post job openings on internal and external platforms, ensuring visibility and reach Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations Assist in onboarding coordination and handoff to the onboarding team Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or related field 5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment Proven success in hiring for a wide range of roles, including volume, technical, corporate, and leadership positions Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing Familiarity with global hiring practices and remote workforce models Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting Travel: Some travel may be required Language: English About Regal Rexnord Regal Rexnord is a publicly held global industrial manufacturer with 30,000 associates around the world who help create a better tomorrow by providing sustainable solutions that power, transmit and control motion.
