Overview

Marketing Specialist role involving planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns, using appropriate tools and channels to communicate brand propositions and generate revenue. Accountabilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns, ensuring on-time high-quality outputs, and developing and evaluating marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and prioritize key marketing projects with cross-functional teams, adhere to budgets, and provide regular updates to Marketing Managers.
  • Collaborate with external and internal creative resources to ensure high-quality output on time.
  • Proactively manage and update campaign marketing plans; manage multiple marketing projects from start to end.
  • Support and run marketing projects (product and online marketing) as necessary; identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategies based on business objectives.
  • Develop and manage marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, point of sale (POS), new leads, retention and revenue.
  • Assist in new product launch plans and roll out to customers; align with Marketing function needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing tactics; support Marketing Managers on plan development and brand/product marketing of specialized areas.
  • Generate creative ideas for impactful marketing campaigns; maintain key business partner relationships.
  • Specialize in either product marketing or segment marketing; content management and copywriting.
  • Adhoc: manage data updates, duplicates, follow-up, fulfillment and post reporting; assist with various monthly tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Confident working with internal and external customers; preferably 1 year of experience in marketing campaigns.
  • Specialization in either product marketing or segment marketing.
  • Experience in content management and copywriting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work across multiple customer groups.
  • Experience with marketing tools and project management (e.g., Monday.com, CRMs).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing and business initiatives.
  • Strong customer service focus; ability to work with all levels of the sales organization and build trust.
  • Ability to learn internal tools and related applications; capable of working independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of SalesPro and Pardot is preferred.
