JOB SUMMARY To prepare, organize, and manage product data and images for upload to the Seller Account Portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Responsibilities include preparing, meticulously organizing, and efficiently managing comprehensive product data and high-quality images. This involves a thorough process to ensure all necessary information and visuals are readily available and properly formatted for seamless upload to the Seller Account Portal. A critical aspect of this role is maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and completeness across all product listings, contributing directly to an enhanced user experience and efficient platform operations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Data Preparation: Clean and organize product data received from suppliers. Image Editing: Edit and optimize product images for online use. Information Research: Research and complete missing or unclear product descriptions/specifications online. Portal Upload: Upload product data and images to the Seller Account Portal. Data Accuracy: Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent. Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain product information on the portal. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Organizational Skills: The ability to effectively manage and prioritize substantial amounts of product information is crucial. This includes organizing data logically, categorizing products efficiently, and maintaining a systematic approach to handling diverse product details. Attention to Detail: Applying meticulous attention to detail is paramount to guarantee precision in both data input and image manipulation. In data entry, this involves accurately transcribing product specifications, pricing, and other relevant information without errors. Research Skills: Possessing strong online research abilities is essential for effectively collecting necessary product details. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrating competence in data entry, image editing software, and utilizing online platforms is a fundamental requirement. Communication Skills: The capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with suppliers concerning product information is indispensable. Pluses E-commerce Experience: 2-3 years experience in e-commerce or online retail. Data Management Experience: Experience with data management systems. Image Editing Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Photoshop or similar image editing software. Multilingualism: Fluency in Filipino and English is an advantage.
