The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception to completion while ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management, and a knack for problem-solving to drive project success. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also be responsible for cultivating an Agile mindset within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency. The role is onsite and located in (Location). Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects to ensure goals are met. Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to promote collaboration. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address project risks and issues. Implement Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project outcomes. Monitor project progress and create detailed reports for stakeholders and upper management. Ensure resource availability and allocation for all project‑related activities. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to clarify requirements. Promote adherence to best practices and continual improvement of agile processes. Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and effective communication. Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within scope and budget constraints. Mentor and guide team members to promote professional growth and adaptability. Adapt project plans and strategies in response to changing needs and priorities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required. Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Excellent leadership, team‑building, and motivational skills for team collaboration. Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate discussions with teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines effectively. Certification such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is highly preferred.
