Summary: A leading software company, specializing in data management and data governance solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google and Bing Ads, as well as experience with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter ads, to join its dynamic team. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms as well as on B2B/B2C social media such as LinkedIn, Meta, etc. Account Based Marketing (ABM) Collaborate with regional and global teams and internal stakeholders regarding campaign details, requirements and results. Create and optimize ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter to drive engagement and conversions Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to maximize campaign performance Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders Manage budgets and bids to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of ROI targets Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and search engine marketing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals Utilize industry tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Google and Bing Ads Experience in dealing with global teams is a big plus Combined experience in B2B and B2C marketing; SaaS marketing experience is a big plus Proven experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, Twitter, and other social ads In-depth knowledge of paid media best practices and industry tools Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions Advanced ad campaign optimization skills Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously Google Analytics 4 certification is a plus Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6Sense is a big plus Knowledge of other languages (FR/DE/CN) is a plus Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Schedule: Shifting/Mid-Shift (2:00-11:00 PM) Location: Makati City By applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for recruitment and employment, may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
