The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and market penetration of Rockwell’s affordable residential projects in provincial locations. The role ensures achievement of sales targets through the recruitment, development, and leadership of a strong sales force while maintaining high standards of client service and alignment with the company’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for affordable residential projects in assigned provincial areas.
  • Develop and implement localized sales strategies tailored to the provincial market.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of property specialists and brokers.
    • Drive team productivity through regular coaching, monitoring, and performance reviews.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical selling practices, and customer-first standards.
  • Client Engagement
    • Strengthen relationships with buyers, brokers, and key community partners to expand the sales network.
    • Oversee client presentations, trippings, and closing activities.
    • Ensure excellent customer experience from initial inquiry to turnover.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Care, and Project Development teams to align sales strategies with project goals.
    • Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
    • Monitor inventory, pricing, and promos to maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural adaptability in provincial markets.
  • Willing to be assigned in provincial locations and travel as needed.
