Job Title: Unit Manager Company: Insular Life Type: Affiliate/Commission-Based We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Unit Manager to lead a team of financial advisors and drive business growth for Insular Life. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and promote financial planning solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor financial advisors to achieve sales targets and promote financial planning solutions. Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. 2. Sales Performance Meet and exceed sales targets and production goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth. 3. Business Development Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders. 4. Training and Development Provide ongoing training and support to financial advisors. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices. 5. Performance Management Monitor and analyze team performance metrics. Develop and implement plans to improve team performance and achieve targets. 6. Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
