Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, building customer relationships, and reporting on performance to senior management. Responsibilities Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue goals. Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales representatives. Performance Management: Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and identify opportunities to acquire new clients. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities. Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to create reports on performance for senior management. Key Skills Leadership: The ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Communication & Customer Service: Excellent skills in relationship building and providing outstanding customer service. Strategic Thinking: The capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Proven 3+ years of experience in sales, often with a track record of sales leadership. Experience as Sales Manager in FMCG is an advantage. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Willing to travel.
