Job Description Sales Operation Meet established annual sales target (overall sales target and sales target per area). Plan and execute a systematic frequency of customer calls and visitations. To established good customer service relationships by giving prompt and sincere attention to their needs and requirements. Ensure that customer and customer-related issues are handled with utmost courtesy. Monitor to ensure that the customer complies with the policy on credit and collection such as Post Dated Check (PDC) issuance policy and issues check payment with the allowable check terms. Ensure that any floating balance in the customer's accounts is promptly settled. Conduct background investigation of new accounts or prospective customers and ensure that new customers comply with all requirements for the approval of their credit application. Ensure and consistently monitor that current customers are of good standing and report to the Tires Product Supervisor and BLT Unit Head any critical and vital information linking to doubtful lifestyle practices and financial standing or any possibility of store's closure in order to conduct an immediate review of their outstanding balance and take appropriate steps and recommendations. Ensure compliance on the submission of required such as SF's Daily Field Sales Activity Report and Market Information Report. Ensure and consistently update the Customer Background Form (CBF) on a regular basis. Perform related functions that the immediate superior may assign from time to time. Marketing Strengthen market intelligence through constant sensitivity to market information such as the Company's product advantages as to price, brand, quality, customer service effectiveness, supply availability, and credit payment terms including essential vehicle information running in the specific area. Gather critical and essential information on the activity of our competitor directly affecting our sales and market directions namely, brand distribution, special offer and price campaigns, special deals, trade policies, promotions, gimmicks, and other related areas. Commitment Acquire and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and translate this knowledge into effective sales language and desired figures. Undergo a mandatory quarterly and annual sales performance evaluation and corresponding results shall be forwarded for necessary performance review recommendation. Consistently adhere to the principles of the vision, mission, and value of the company. Administrative Tasks Ensure compliance with CF policy and requirements such as BTA requirements and submission of expense liquidation reports: To ensure that all expenses incurred in field assignment are within the policy of CF and that submission of its liquidation is on time. Consistently practice 5S. Qualifications Bachelor's degree graduate in any business or engineering courses. Preferably Licensed Engineer but not required. With good communication both verbal and written. Work experience in sales-related functions gained from the automotive industry or with an interest in handling sales functions is evident. Customer service oriented, a team player, selling knowledge skills, strong negotiations and bargaining, and automotive parts and technology understanding. With product knowledge in automotive parts. Willing to be assigned in Santa Cruz, Manila, and to do sales field in NCR and other parts of Luzon. #J-18808-Ljbffr
