Job Description

We're hiring a Marketing Manager to drive our brand's growth You'll develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, blending traditional and digital approaches .

Responsibilities:

  • Guiding our transformation from traditional to digital marketing .
  • Developing comprehensive marketing plans based on social media insights and market data.
  • Conducting market research to identify the most effective platforms for our products.
  • Maximizing our website's value to boost relevance across all social media channels.
  • Creating compelling content, leveraging your skills in graphic design and video production .
  • Collaborating closely with our sales teams to ensure seamless marketing plan implementation aligned with sales goals.
  • Utilizing creative thinking to spot social media trends and convert leads into sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Marketing Manager
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role, demonstrating expertise in both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in developing thorough marketing plans informed by data and insights from social media management reports.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in graphic design and video creation for marketing purposes.
