Job Description
  • Handle incoming customer support by phone and email using our ticket tracking system (Salesforce), guiding the client through corrective steps and/or training.
  • Provide answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding clients through corrective steps.
  • Guide customers to understand software while diagnosing technical software issues.
  • Implement onboarding for new customers on the workflow via appointments (as they move up levels).
  • Manage new client onboarding groundwork in preparation for initial setup consultation.
  • Manage ticketing and respond to client questions.
  • Coordinate client communication.
  • Develop specialized expertise on all products, services, and internal tools/systems.
  • Communicate with the team, supervisors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ongoing Training & Individual Development Plans.
  • Answer sales phone calls and guide them to schedule an appointment with a salesperson.
