Telemarketing Sales Agent The Telemarketing Sales Agent is a professional who specializes in prospecting, identifying needs and selling the AIG insurance that best meets the prospect's needs, as well as ensuring the receipt of the policy, its collection and the introduction of the customer into the AIG family. The sale of new AUTO policies through CC Telemarketing TEAM IN Mexico represented USD 2,308,443 in annual premiums for AIG Mexico in 2024 and this equates to an average annual premium of $160,000 USD per Telemarketing Sales Agent. About the position The Telemarketing Contact Center from Mexico team works together with Direct Marketing and car subscription to execute the local strategy generating and obtaining leads through digital channels which the Telemarketing must contact, advise and sell Personal Lines policies. The sales team works with different products such as car Policies, Extended Warranty, A&H. Each telemarketing sales agent is responsible for the attention and quality of each call made, as well as meeting clear objectives for each campaign to achieve the budgeted sales goal. The Telemarketing operation is a Monday through Saturday schedule to cover a service window according to the needs of the prospects. Activities and skills Identify prospects' needs and link them to our products' features, ensuring that our sales are made with quality and efficiency on every call. Managing multiple tasks with control and organization in your daily activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to analyze data and performance, with a focus on improvement of existing processes. Ability to adapt and learn new sales methodologies and tools. Ability to tolerate frustration, work under pressure, and meet short-term objectives related to the operational needs. Available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Experience Experience in telephone sales with outbound calls. Mexico insurance product knowledge. Knowledge of cross-selling, objection handling, creating high impact scenarios for all the prospects. Shift rotation flexibility. Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, Word, Outlook. Schedule availability from Monday to Saturday Professional and good verbal skills and a high preference for selling.
