Paralegal (Corporate and Commercial Practice Group) Paralegal (Corporate and Commercial Practice Group) role at B&M Global Services Manila. This on-site position requires five days a week on-site; work-from-home is subject to approval. Overview This is an on-site Paralegal role in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group at B&M Global Services Manila. Work arrangement: On-site 5 days a week; WFH may be approved at management discretion. Responsibilities Organize and maintain corporate records Prepare various corporate secretarial documents Prepare meeting documents Prepare incorporation and amendment documents for domestic and foreign corporations Prepare the General Information Sheet and Notification Update Form for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Prepare reminder emails for Annual Stockholder's Meetings for domestic corporations and annual General Information Sheet filings for foreign corporations Update and review entries in the Stock and Transfer Book Update and review all stock certificate issuances and cancellations Prepare Corporate Secretary audit responses Draft emails and other correspondences as requested by Associates All other tasks assigned by the CCPG Partners or Associates Qualifications Education: Bachelor of Science graduate; preferred courses include Political Science, Behavioral Sciences (Organizational & Social Systems Development) and BS Legal Management Experience: At least two to three years of work experience with a law firm/legal industry or exposure to drafting corporate legal documents Skills / Competencies: Working knowledge of basic office skills such as records keeping and retrieval; experience handling corporate documents and SEC filings; basic research skills; knowledge of SEC procedures and documents; effective oral and written communication; attention to detail; time management; ability to draft reports and memos; ability to organize information/data Required Skills: Organizing and Planning; Legal Writing; Attention to Detail; Time Management; Account Management About Quisumbing Torres For more than five decades, we have helped top multinational and domestic companies grow in the Philippines.
