Position Details
  • Job Title: Senior Manager, Organizational Implementation

  • Supervises: 1 x Manager, Business Optimization and Delivery Excellence; 1 x Project Manager; 1 x Process and Systems Lead; 2 x Process and Systems Analysts; 1 x Business Intelligence Lead; 2 x Data Analysts
Responsibilities
  • Strategically drive and execute key business priorities, ensuring alignment with global objectives and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Lead the rollout of AI initiatives, maintain exceptional client engagement, and champion continuous improvement and change management
Specific Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership and Alignment: Drive department projects to meet or exceed targets; ensure alignment of projects with company vision; oversee creation of strategic roadmaps and resource allocation
  • Project & Program Management: Achieve high project completion rates and stakeholder satisfaction; manage project lifecycles, risks, and resource allocation; ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Improve operational efficiency; lead re-engineering efforts; promote continuous improvement; implement quality assurance framework
  • Team Leadership and Development: Develop a high-performing team; conduct performance reviews; mentor team members; identify training needs
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships and positive feedback; manage communications with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a strong advantage
  • Experience: 8-10 years in project/program management or related field; at least 5 years in a leadership/senior management role; experience in organizational implementation, change management, and process re-engineering; demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects including technology and AI initiatives; client-facing experience; experience in global/cross-border teams is a plus
  • Licenses/Certifications (Preferred): PMP or equivalent; Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement; Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
