PROJECT MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY (Fully Remote /Night Shift) Work Location: This is a fully remote position. Employees work from home and can be located anywhere in the Philippines. Work Schedule: In this role you’ll be working U.S. traditional hours (Philippine night shift) ROLE OVERVIEW The Project Manager for Technology will partner closely with the Chief Information Officer to oversee and manage projects, product delivery, programs, and initiatives across the Technology business unit. This role is the primary point of contact for the Executive Leadership Team on updates on key initiatives and product development. This role will be responsible for the intake, prioritization, and governance of diverse streams of work – including Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations, AI readouts, product roadmap implementations, data solutions, customer-facing initiatives, and ad hoc requests from the business unit. The Project Manager ensures that investments are aligned with the business strategy, well-governed, and deliver measurable value. This role is responsible for all projects and product delivery within the business unit, encompassing roadmap reporting, status updates, governance, and financial management. The Project Manager will be responsible for inputting into business cases and monitoring successful implementation. To be successful in the role, the candidate must have experience in successfully leading multiple projects, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks. They must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Assertiveness and strong leadership skills are also critical. The candidate must also have experience of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management & Governance Establish and maintain project management framework for all workstreams. Partner with the CIO and other Business Unit Leaders to prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment, value, risk, and capacity. Ensure transparency in the projects with dashboards, scorecards, and reporting. Ensure that all projects have completed and defined project charters, roadmaps, RACI, governance, risk registers, and other required project artifacts. Intake & Prioritization Manage the intake process, ensuring clear evaluation criteria and alignment with business needs. Balance BAU initiatives, strategic projects, and ad hoc business requests. Facilitate project review sessions with the CIO, Executives, and other Business Unit Leaders to align priorities and resources. Program & Product Delivery Ensure alignment between other Business Units and Product Launch Committees. Monitor escalations from internal/external customers, progress, risks, interdependencies, and resource constraints across initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with delivery team, product owners, fellow project managers, initiative owners, external vendors, and customers to ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and outcomes. Manage end-to-end delivery of products or services, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and end-user / customer satisfaction are consistently met. Monitor service performance against SLAs/KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and support team performance and morale. Financial & Resource Management Collaborate with Finance and CIO to manage Technology budgets and investment planning. Forecast and track resource allocation across initiatives. Highlight areas of over/under capacity and recommend trade-offs. Business Engagement & Communication Act as a key liaison between the CIO, PMO and Business Unit Leaders for project transparency. Translate business and tech initiatives into business outcomes for Executive stakeholders. Maintain consistent communication on project status, risks, and decisions. Continuous Improvement Develop and evolve portfolio management best practices, tools, and reporting. Identify opportunities to improve Technology delivery efficiency and value realization. Support the CIO and Head of PMO in strategic planning and road mapping efforts. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, program management, or Technology strategy roles. Proven experience supporting CIOs or Senior Technology Executives in enterprise-scale organizations. Familiarization and use of Project tools such as Jira, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience using project management methodologies and tools. Familiarity with Monday.com, Jira, GitHub, Notion, and Power BI. Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders and communicate with a variety of audiences. Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing change without direct authority. Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong team collaboration skills, including reliability, positivity, problem-solving, and respect for diversity. Experience leading and facilitating virtual meetings with Executive-level audiences from different countries. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Experience in working remotely and during US-business hours (Philippine night shift).
