Overview

The Senior RPO Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting leadership-level hiring in the US. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding. Your role is key in delivering high-quality candidates within specified timelines.

Work Arrangement

Work remotely with occasional on-site visits (every two months)

Shift: Night Shift (9pm-6am)

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
  • Build and maintain a network of professionals for current and future opportunities.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions.
  • Manage communication between clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an RPO environment.
  • Experience handling leadership-level hiring in US is a MUST
  • Proficiency with recruitment platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
