About the role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Manager to join the dynamic team at City Savings Bank. As the Legal Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic legal guidance and support to the bank's operations and ambitious growth plans. Based in our Pasig City office, this full-time role offers the chance to work at the heart of a leading financial institution and contribute to its continued success. What you’ll be doing Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents Providing expert advice on complex corporate and commercial legal matters to internal stakeholders Ensuring the bank’s operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies Identifying and mitigating legal risks to protect the bank’s interests Collaborating cross-functionally to support the bank’s strategic initiatives and growth plans Managing and mentoring a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality service What we’re looking for Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of post‑qualification experience, preferably gained within a leading law firm or in‑house legal team Extensive knowledge of corporate and commercial law, with proven experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal documents Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially‑focused legal advice Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders Experience in leading and developing a team of legal professionals Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry is highly desirable What we offer At City Savings Bank, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
