As a BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform data into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and data models. Translate business needs into technical specifications and data visualizations. Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business users to gather requirements and deliver insights. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across BI platforms. Monitor and troubleshoot BI tools and systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including data definitions, workflows, and user guides. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in BI development or data analytics. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar. Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica). Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or R is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
