We’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who can turn data into actionable insights to support key business decisions. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain BI solutions, data models, and ETL pipelines — driving data quality, governance, and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data models (star/snowflake schemas).
Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate, validate, and analyze data.
Lead and deliver BI projects end-to-end (for senior candidates).
Ensure data governance, scalability, and performance best practices.
Mentor junior developers and champion BI standards.

Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience in BI, Data Analysis, or Data Warehousing.
Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL, and data architecture concepts.
Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Experience with ETL tools (SSIS, Talend, Azure Data Factory).

Preferred:
Working knowledge of Python, R, or DAX.
Background in financial services or insurance.
Working Setup and Arrangement:

Location: Makati City (Hybrid / Potential WFH)
Target Start Date: ASAP or December 1
Contract Duration: 3 months initially and then subject for further absorption/regularization depending on the performance evaluation.
