About Our Client

The client is a boutique US-based financial services firm growing their high-performing team based in the Philippines.

Job Description

  • Perform daily reconciliations for fund accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage fund operations, including trade settlements, cash management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting fund operations.
  • Generate and review reports to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the banking and financial services department.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • CPA required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in fund reconciliations, fund operations, and project management.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools used in banking and financial services, yet able to work in no/low-code technology environments.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with global stakeholders.
  • Amenable to work from 4am-1pm EST on a fully remote setup.
