Job Description- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to match them with client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
- Provide candidates with guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent listening skills and the ability to engage with candidates effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Results-driven with a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
