We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Development Legal Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support by performing a variety of permitting, administrative and legal tasks and assisting with Land acquisition and overall project development. This position offers a unique opportunity to support both legal and regulatory functions, particularly in the renewable energy sector, while ensuring projects comply with all applicable regulations. JOB DESCRIPTION: Legal Assistance Review, draft, and advise on legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, 3rd party consulting agreements, technical agreements, procurement agreements, power purchase agreements, land purchase or lease agreements, bidding requirements, regulatory filings and legal correspondence. Conduct legal review of land documents such as titles, tax declarations, special power of attorney, etc., to ensure smooth processing of land acquisitionPrepare and submit applications and other compliance requirements to regulatory agencies, ensuring all submissions comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Maintain current knowledge of proposed industry rules, laws, regulations, policies, and standards pertinent to the assigned projects. Project Development Support Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and licenses. Help prepare project plans, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and submit permit applications. Conduct site inspections with government field officers for the issuance of permits or with consultants for the preparation of site studies. Coordinate and attend meetings and follow up on action items.Monitor and follow up on the status of permits and other requirements to ensure faster issuance or approval. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, law, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in a legal or project management role, preferably in infrastructure projects such as renewable energy, construction, or real estate. Familiarity with legal processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal research databases is an advantage. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. We expect the candidate to: High level of professionalism and strong work ethic.
