Are You Calm and collected under pressure, even when vendors miss deadlines or tenants call twice in an hour? A detail‑obsessed organizer who doesn't let anything slip through the cracks? A people person who can negotiate pricing with vendors and de‑escalate a frustrated resident call‑all before lunch? We're Hiring a Maintenance Coordinator At GC Realty & Development, we pride ourselves in delivering The GC Realty Experience™—every work order gets handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of service. The Maintenance Coordinator is the engine behind that experience. You'll assign work orders, communicate with vendors and residents, and keep things moving behind the scenes. This isn't just another coordinator role—it’s your chance to join a team that's redefining what responsive property management looks like. If you're ready to own your outcomes, drive results, and bring structure to the chaos, we want to hear from you. Apply now and help us deliver better results—one work order at a time.
