JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible in planning, assigning, and supervising the work of personnel involved in performing a variety of jobs such as Technicians, skilled and mechanical contractors and other personnel needed on projects, repair, and maintenance of related support facilities.

  • Supervises the schedule of activities, materials and supplies of personnel involved on mechanical machinery repair and maintenance, and related internal and external services.

  • Review, supervision and monitoring of maintenance programs, contract, and related service agreements. Coordinate the schedule of work and activities, details, information, coverage, and warranty as applicable.

  • Plans, organize and assign day-to-day schedule of work/activities and guides staff for proper work procedure and methodology, proper use of materials, tools, equipment, and safety.

  • Assessment, study and evaluation of mechanical requirements, drawing, plans and layout, schedule, and timing of activities to ensure the efficient operation of Assembly, Test Center, and Probe.

  • Conduct preliminary assessments of proposed projects including evaluation, costing, materials needed, procurement, and coordination and with other department or concerned personnel.

  • Inspect and monitor mechanical equipment, maintenance, and projects to ensure timeliness, correctness, completion, and compliance with the approved contract and to ensure compliance with Mechanical codes and applicable standards.

  • Preparation of contingencies and alternatives during the implementation of projects and activities. Analyze every detail, submit for approval and coordinate properly to all concerns.

  • Responsible to support the legal requirements and adherence to all local laws, regulation and code requirements of various regulatory and concerned government agencies.

  • Identifying deficiencies in mechanical processes or equipment and developing improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Mechanical Engineering and holder of valid PRC license

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Facilities Engineer preferably in a semiconductor atmosphere

  • Preferably with PME license
