Overview

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, who enjoys building client relationships, promoting hotel services, and developing marketing campaigns that drive bookings, events, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the hotel's rooms, restaurant, and event services.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate and group clients through direct sales, partnerships, and account management.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients and business partners.
  • Manage online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, F&B, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution of promotions and guest packages.
  • Assist in organizing marketing events, client meetings, and hotel-sponsored activities to increase brand exposure.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
  • Track and report sales performance, marketing campaign results, and ROI.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, creatives, and media partners for promotional projects.
