We are seeking individuals who are ambitious and passionate to join us as a Courier Partner Associate to collectively overcome the complex challenges of the hyper‑growth e‑commerce ecosystem. Responsibilities Supervise the coordination and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and business units. Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with company SOPs for dispatch and rider operations. Communicate with rider providers, third‑party logistics (3PL) partners, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or discrepancies. Negotiate rates and review partners contracts in coordination with management. Source and evaluate additional partner couriers to expand delivery capacity. Resolve logistics‑related issues such as damaged or lost goods, shipping delays, or order discrepancies. Maintain accurate data entry in the fleet management system and generate reports for management. Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and dispatching orders. Perform other logistics‑related duties as required to support overall operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics preferred. Have at least 1–2 years experience in logistics. Knowledgeable in MS Office and database management. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail.
