Core Requirements & Qualifications Industry Expertise: Prior Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy experience for Autism care. Communication: High English fluency, with strong phone presence and excellent communication skills. Experience: 2+ years in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations. Tech Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. General: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Initial Screening: Make prompt outreach calls to prospective families after their online inquiry; conduct intake screenings to collect missing information and determine initial eligibility for services; provide empathetic support as a trusted guide from the first touchpoint. Lead Management & Documentation: Accurately record and manage all intake data in Salesforce; convert qualified leads into opportunities and hand off to appropriate teams for benefits verification and authorization; manage lead lifecycle including closing out or disqualifying applications when necessary. Conversion & Follow-Up: Proactively re-engage families who have stopped communication to ensure a strong client conversion rate; provide after-hours and weekend intake coverage as needed. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Follow SOPs and QA expectations; collaborate with Clinical and Revenue Cycle Management teams to ensure a smooth transition from intake to active care.
