Role Overview – Driving B2B Growth through Cold Email Campaigns As a Cold Email Marketing Specialist at MyOutreach, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing cold outbound email campaigns to generate high‑quality leads and spark conversations for our SaaS and technology clients. Your work will be instrumental in enabling revenue growth by connecting technology innovators with their ideal customers. Key Responsibilities – Cold Email Strategy, Lead Generation & Campaign Optimization Design, build, and manage end‑to‑end B2B cold email campaigns (research, segmentation, copywriting, and automation) for a variety of SaaS and technology clients. Identify and source targeted contact lists that align with client ICPs using sales intelligence and list‑building tools. Craft persuasive, concise and personalized email copy that resonates with executive‑level decision‑makers. Monitor and analyze campaign deliverability, open rates, response rates, and conversions; proactively implement testing and improvements for optimal performance. Manage inboxes: respond to initial inquiries, triage qualified leads, and coordinate warm handovers to our clients’ sales teams. Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM systems and continually refine prospecting databases to ensure data accuracy. Stay current on email deliverability best practices, compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM), and evolving outbound technologies. Collaborate cross‑functionally with client managers, content specialists, and the broader outreach team to share insights and align messaging. Required Skills & Qualifications – B2B Cold Email, Lead Generation, & SaaS Marketing Outbound Campaign Experience: Demonstrable success running B2B cold email lead generation or sales development campaigns (agency or SaaS/tech preferred). Copywriting Mastery: Ability to write engaging, value‑driven outbound email copy tailored to C‑level and senior decision‑makers. List Building & Research: Skilled at prospect identification, list enrichment, and segmentation using modern sales intelligence tools. Analytical Acumen: Proficient in using data and A/B testing to drive campaign optimization and growth. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using cold email platforms (e.g. Instantly, Lemlist, Outreach), CRMs, and other marketing automation tools. Detail Oriented: Strong organizational abilities, thorough documentation, and multi‑tasking skills in a fast‑paced, results‑focused environment. Communication: Outstanding written and verbal English; able to collaborate and present ideas clearly within distributed international teams.
