As an Appointment Setter, you ensure efficient business operations by carrying out campaign-driven workloads within the LMS and other supporting systems. Your primary objective will be to ensure the delivery of excellent and efficient operations and the achievement of performance targets.
Responsibilities- Achieves agreed KPI Targets on following Campaigns as required: New Customer Acquisition
- Achieves agreed KPI Targets on following Campaigns as required: Outbound Cold Calling
- Ensures high-quality customer service in adherence to company standards.
- Maintains the highest level when executing outbound communications, including email and phone
- Ensures proper channels of reporting are followed when testing system functionality.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
- Maintains product knowledge and keeps abreast of any changes to company policies, systems, and processes.
- Takes personal responsibility to develop self and seeks further training, knowledge and skills that may be required to meet the ongoing requirements of the position.
- Maintains a professional standard of dress code and behaviour.
- Works in accordance with the minimum set standard of work hours.
- Adheres to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
- Commission-based.
- HMO after 3 months + 1 dependent upon regularization.
- Proven outbound calling/campaign experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
