As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients. Your actions will reflect CTC Global values and your expertise will span the full spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and media acquisition principles.

You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. This ongoing dialogue builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and positions CTC as a strategic ally in media acquisition and growth planning. ONBOARDING

  • Execute Prophet system for clients and build Growth Forecasts (Growth Map, data analysis, marketing calendar).
  • Daily execution and actualization vs. forecast; adjust to meet KPIs.
  • Develop strategic plans using data analysis and client feedback; be an early adopter when pivots are needed.
  • Lead in overcoming obstacles to execution; maintain curiosity and drive for problem-solving.
  • Implement CTC’s Meta best practices and grow campaigns using our structure and processes.
  • Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to maximize chances of hitting daily targets.
  • Implement tests to improve performance.

ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK

  • Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast.
  • Daily client alignment with forecast and strategy.
  • Execute Prophet system within timeline and deliver high-quality work.
  • Deliver all work on time with attention to detail and quality.

Client Communication

  • Champion communication; align the Growth Map goals and next steps with clients and ensure the team has clear deadlines.
  • Send daily performance updates to clients.
  • Align Strategy and Forecast with clients daily; provide weekly Strategy updates.

CONTRIBUTING BACK

  • Contribute learnings to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams and contribute to ideas and learning in future content.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?

SALARY RANGE

  • First month: $2,000
  • Second month: $4,000
  • Third month: average $7,000 per month
  • 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
  • 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000

Salary depends on the number of clients and quality of work.
