Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory accuracy across the eCommerce platform. Upload and optimize product content, including descriptions, specifications, images, and metadata for SEO. Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors to resolve technical concerns. Support digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions) to drive traffic and conversions. Track and analyze sales performance, customer behaviour, and web analytics to identify improvement opportunities.
