About the role As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the company's warehouse facility in Cebu City. This full-time role is integral to ensuring the smooth distribution of goods to our retail stores across the region. What you'll be doing Managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfilment Supervising and coordinating the warehouse team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and adherence to health and safety standards Implementing and monitoring warehouse processes and procedures to optimise workflow and minimise waste Analysing data and generating reports to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions Collaborating with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to retail stores Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and third-party logistics providers Ensuring the warehouse facility is well-maintained and secure What we're looking for Significant experience (3+ years) in a warehousing or logistics management role, preferably within the retail industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools Understanding of inventory control, stock management, and order fulfilment processes Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Apply now to join our team as the Warehouse Manager (Cebu) and be a part of our exciting journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
